First of all, go to your themeforest account and copy your product license code then follow the below steps

PHP Configuration limits
Most common issues like Demo Import failure or page save errors are generally related to excessively low PHP configuration limit settings. Some hosts will try to keep PHP limits low to conserve resources. You can either increase these limits on your own, or contact your web host and ask to have the limits increased. Since are paying for those resources, you should rightfully expect to be getting your money’s worth.

Login to your themeforest.net account and download your newly purchased theme:
You can either download the whole package or the installable WordPress file only:
If you choose to download All files & documentation, unzip the archive and look for axtra..zip and this is the file that will be uploaded to WordPress.
Install from WordPress
Login into your admin section in WordPress (http://your-site.com/wp-admin)
Go to Appearance - Themes
Click Add New and hit the Upload button
Browse to find "axtra.zip" click Install Now
The theme will be uploaded and installed
Activate your theme
Install Using FTP
Log into your hosting space via FTP software (eg. FileZilla)
Upload theme folder (unarchive theme_name.zip) to wp-content/themes in your WordPress installation
Login to your admin section in WordPress (http://your-site.com/wp-admin)
Paste the following CSS code into the text area, changing "red" to the color of your choice:

6. Install Child Theme, Require Plugin and Demo Content
How to install Theme, Import Demo Content:
After successfully activating the theme, navigate to the "Appearance" section of your WordPress dashboard and locate the "Crowdyflow Import" option. Upon clicking on the option, a pop-up window will appear as depicted in the accompanying screenshot.
Click the "Start" button and another pop-up for the System Health Check will appear. Click "Start" once more.
A pop-up for installing the Child Theme will then appear. Click "Install Child Theme."
Upon successful installation of the Child Theme, a subsequent pop-up window will appear, requesting the installation of the required plugins It is necessary to install the following required plugins to ensure the proper functioning of the theme:
Axtra Plugin,
Contact Form 7,
Elementor and,
Mailchimp for WordPress
Click "Install" and wait 1-2 minutes for the plugins to install.
Upon successful installation of all of the required plugins, another pop-up will appear, requesting you to import the demo content.
Click the "Import" button and allow several minutes for the demo content to fully import. Finially you are done and your demo is ready. Enjoy!!!!!!!
After install the demo, you can see that the color and font family is different.
As we have multiple Home pages, you may choose any of the pages as your homepage by following these simple steps.
To set a custom page as homepage:
go to Settings - Reading
select a Static Page option
choose your page from the drop-down list
Create the Menu
go to Appearance - Menus
create a new menu and name it Main Menu
add pages to your menu from the Pages Panel on the left
select Primary as Display location and Save the menu
Set up the Header
The Axtra theme offers a variety of 10 distinct header options, each of which can be utilized with ease.
To access these options, navigate to the "Axtra Options" section within the "Appearance" menu. In the "Header Settings" area, you will be presented with 10 header variations to choose from. Furthermore, each header can be modified to use either a light or dark version. Should you select a header, you will have the ability to make adjustments from the bottom of the page. If you encounter any uneditable elements, kindly check the designated widget area.
Logo Setup
Navigate to the "Axtra Options" within the "Appearance" menu.
In the "Logo Settings," you will have the opportunity to upload various types of logos, including a logo for the canvas menu, one for the dark version, and one for the light version.
From this location, you can define the height and width of the logo as desired.
Important: to avoid any display issues, make sure your logo files:
don't have extra margins (white space); it's recommended to crop the file to artwork bounds
are saved as transparent PNG (or PNG 24)
have appropriate dimensions (display height shouldn't exceed header height); this is to avoid slow loading times
the recommended size is 3x the actual display size; for example, if the desired logo size is 120x30px, upload a file of 360x90px; this way, your logo will look crisp even on HiDPI devices (latest phones and tablets)
Tip: There are dozens of settings in Theme Options and scrolling through them could be slow at first, that's why we introduced the search bar on top. Try it out!
The theme comes with three custom post types to help you organize and display your content in a structured and professional manner. These custom post types are Services, Team, and Portfolio.
These custom post types can be displayed in a variety of ways throughout your site, such as in a grid or list layout, and you can also choose to display them on specific pages or areas of your site. The customization options available for these post types give you the flexibility to display your content in a way that best suits your needs.
Portfolio:
The Portfolio post type is a great way to showcase your past projects and achievements. You can add a title, description, and images for each project, making it easy to showcase your work to potential clients or customers.
Team:
The Team post type lets you showcase the people behind your company or organization. You can add information such as name, job title, bio, and profile picture for each team member.
Services:
The Services post type allows you to showcase the services you offer to your customers. You can add a title, description, and image for each service, making it easy to highlight the key features and benefits.
Testimonials:
The theme also comes with a Testimonials custom post type, which allows you to showcase customer feedback and testimonials on your website. You can add the testimonial author's name, their image, and the testimonial text. This makes it easy to create a page dedicated to customer testimonials or display them throughout your site to showcase your products or services.
